With TRU.REVIEWS, when a customer agrees to give a review, they first get prompted to declare whether they are happy or unhappy. If happy, they get navigated to where they can share a positive review that gets posted on Google, Facebook, or Yelp. If unhappy, they still get navigated to where they can share a review, but for any review that is 3 stars or less, an email gets sent to the company owner before it gets posted. The benefit is that an owner gets a heads-up before something negative gets posted on Google, Facebook, or Yelp. The point is to give the owner a chance to turn a negative experience into something positive for the customer and hopefully avoid having a negative review get posted. What a great way to turn a negative review into a happy customer!
